Why Hobble Creek Law

A broader perspective than document preparation.

Matthew France brings experience in estate planning, civil litigation, appellate advocacy, legislative drafting, bankruptcy, business operations, and regulatory compliance. That background helps clients receive more than forms. They receive practical counsel shaped by how legal documents are drafted, challenged, interpreted, and used in real life.

The Counsel Standard

Listen carefully. Communicate clearly. Solve practically.

Careful drafting

Legislative drafting experience informs precise, readable documents designed to work when they are needed most.

Calm problem solving

Prior civil litigation and appellate work bring perspective when planning intersects with conflict, uncertainty, or complex facts.

Plain-English guidance
